Architect/Project Manager.

We are looking for a colleague who would like to be an Architect, Colleague, Developer and Partner who enjoys working with individual clients and creating cozy homes.

Your job description:
Designing individual houses and coordinating building permits in Lithuania.
Preparing architectural projects or parts thereof in accordance with STR and other technical regulations;
Managing contractors for individual parts;
Developing and coordinating design solutions with customers and project participants;
Preparing technical drawings, 3D models and visualizations using the Archicad26 program;
Preparing project documentation and participating in coordination processes;

Higher education in architecture;
At least 3 years of experience in the field of architecture;
Archicad 26/ Autocad work experience;
Experience working with IS Infostatyba and municipalities.
Knowledge of STR requirements and ability to apply them in practice;
Qualification certificate – Project manager of a special building (min. requirement)
Ability to work independently;

2500-4500 €/mon. gross
