Whether an architectural solution is really good is ultimately determined by the construction site, and even later by the user. We have been building public, commercial and residential buildings for more than 20 years, and the construction value of most current projects exceeds €10 million. You will be responsible for architecture from concept to documentation, and since we not only design, but also build, you will be able to see how your solutions turn into buildings. In this position, you will:
- You will design buildings and structures in the BIM environment, looking for functional and aesthetic options;
- You will prepare the architectural part of the project – drawings, specifications and other documentation – in accordance with the technical regulations for construction;
- You will submit tasks to other engineering parts and coordinate them in the BIM model so that they do not overlap;
- You will present proposals to the customer, answer their questions and, if necessary, coordinate the project with institutions;
- You will communicate with other project participants and help find a solution when questions arise during construction;
- You will plan the course of design work so that deadlines are met, and you will inform the design project manager about its status;
- You will cooperate with the architect's assistant, simultaneously preparing drawings and other project materials.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education in architecture;
- You have at least 2 years of experience designing in a BIM environment;
- You have prepared project documentation and coordinated it with other parts of the project;
- You work with Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office programs;
- You are able to independently solve emerging problems, and you enjoy working both in a team and individually;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, and you know English or Russian.
It would be an advantage if:
- You have a qualification certificate for a project manager;
- You have a qualification certificate for a project manager.
