Your responsibilities in the team:
- Management and preparation of the architectural part of the project (SA) at all stages (PP, TDP), development of concepts and PVP (project implementation supervision);
- Performance of duties as the head of the architectural part of the building (signing the project, coordination, representation in institutions;
- Creation of conceptual solutions, volumetric models and high-quality 3D visualizations;
- Preparation of detailed working project drawings and assemblies and preparation of specifications;
- Designing in a BIM environment, coordination of engineering parts and intersection management;
- Project supervision at the construction site.
We hope you:
- Higher architectural education;
- Valid certificate of the Head of the Architectural Project;
- Excellent skills in working with the ArchiCAD program;
- Experience working in a BIM environment and preparing complex technical/work projects;
- Ability to prepare high-quality 3D models and visualizations;
- Good English language skills (verbal and written);
- Personal qualities: responsibility, independence, initiative and creative approach to solving technical problems.
