PLANASNAMAS is looking for a Colleague and an Architect with a capital letter, for whom Architecture is not just a word, but true Love.
Every week we talk to people who are preparing for one of the most important decisions in their lives - to build a house. They entrust us with not only a plot of land or a budget. They entrust us with their dreams, expectations and future plans. We believe that such responsibility requires not only professional knowledge, but also sincere involvement.
Of course, we hope that you know how to work with ArchiCAD, understand the design process, technical drawings, STR requirements and the procedure for obtaining building permits. However, this is not the most important thing. The most important thing is that you care about the result. That you want to find the best solution, not the fastest. That you understand that the morning sun in the kitchen is sometimes more valuable than another impressive facade detail.
We are close when you notice interesting architectural solutions, when you create a Sketch because a new idea came to you, and when you see your designed house, you feel proud of what you have created.
We are a small but ambitious team. There are no big corporate rules, office politics or unnecessary processes here. We value trust, responsibility and initiative. Therefore, we do not require you to work in an office. Work where you can create the best result - the most important thing is not the place, but the value you create.

We understand that job advertisements usually have a long list of requirements. And we are no exception, but we hope that when you read this advertisement, most of them will not even need to be explained - if you work in this field, you probably already have what is needed:

Higher education in architecture;
At least 3 years of experience;
Work experience with ArchiCAD and other design/visualization programs;
Experience working with IS "Infostatyba", municipalities and related institutions;
Knowledge of STR requirements and the ability to apply them in practice;
Valid qualification certificate;
Ability to work independently.
