Architect, Architect's Assistant

Preparation of pre-project proposals, project proposals, technical working projects (SA and SP project parts), preparation of documentation according to templates developed in the company.

Nature of the designed buildings:

• design of production/storage buildings;
• design of commercial buildings;
• design of residential buildings;
• design of public buildings;
• interior design;

Work takes place next to the project manager, therefore the accumulation of personal experience is guaranteed.

For the position of Assistant Architect:

• Higher education in architectural studies;
• good skills in working with AutoCAD;
• creative abilities, responsibility, attentiveness;
• teamwork, contributing to various types of projects;
• willingness to learn and grow.

For the position of Architect:

• Higher education in architectural studies;
• at least 3 years of experience working as an Architect/Architect Assistant;
• very good skills in working with AutoCAD;
• creative abilities, responsibility, ability to plan time;
• ability to analytically evaluate the information received, ability to read legal acts, property documents and link the project and the regulations of legal acts;
• Ability to prepare visualizations, layout them in the urban environment;

900-1800 €/mon. net

• Salary depends on qualifications and is negotiated during the interview.
