We will trust you
- Receiving, sorting, systematizing and archiving the company's paper documents;
- Forming document files and properly organizing them according to the established procedure;
- Maintaining the archive structure and ensuring document accounting;
- Monitoring document storage periods and selecting documents for destruction;
- Searching for and issuing necessary documents to company employees;
- Cooperating with company departments on document archiving issues;
- Increasing the efficiency of document archiving processes and their improvement;
- Other tasks related to document administration and archive.

- You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
- You are able to systematically organize a large amount of information and documents;
- You understand the importance of keeping confidential information safe;
- You have good computer skills;
- You have experience in document administration, archiving or a similar field;
- You are familiar with document archiving legislation and clerical standards.
