The role of the employee
- You will meet, greet and see off members of our community
- You will administer registrations, reservations and inquiries
- You will assist guests on site, answer questions, and resolve daily situations
- You will collaborate with coaches and the team
- You will make informational calls to clients
- You will sell club services and products
- You will work with the cash register and payments
- You will take care of order, aesthetics and a cozy atmosphere
- You will contribute to events and daily club activities
What do we expect from you
- You are positive, sociable and like people
- You have good customer service skills (or are willing to learn them)
- You speak English
- You are responsible, organized and a team player
- Experience in administration or service is an advantage, but not a necessity
- An active lifestyle or sports is a big plus

The PlayDate Academy hosts children's and adult training, community games, and corporate events. The club has 7 pickleball courts, 7 paddle courts, modern and cozy locker rooms, a children's playroom, and in the near future a SPA area, sauna, and bar.
