ARKET - Senior sales consultant - 30h

As a Senior Sales Consultant and Key Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience that not only increases sales but also fosters an inspiring and welcoming store atmosphere. You will lead by example, helping the management team ensure excellent service and operational excellence. With strong organizational and communication skills, you will inspire the team to create an authentic, personal and engaging shopping journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

●Provide an excellent customer experience through professional style advice, good product knowledge and an engaging store environment
●Responsible for store opening and closing procedures, assisting the management team as needed
●Analyze sales data and collaborate with store management to optimize store commercial performance
●Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to consistently deliver exceptional service standards
●Oversee daily store operations, including deliveries, restocking and store space maintenance, to achieve efficiency, compliance and excellence
●Represent the brand by embodying the company values and ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful

●Previous experience in retail/hospitality, good understanding of store operations, including opening and closing procedures and handling product deliveries
●Customer-oriented: you enjoy interacting with people and strive to provide excellent service
●Product enthusiast: a genuine interest in the products we offer and a desire to share your enthusiasm with customers
●Adaptability and flexibility: the ability to respond to changing priorities and customer requests
●Action-oriented: initiative and a willingness to take action
●Strong communication skills: genuine interest in people, active listening and clear communication
●Willingness to learn: openness to feedback and continuous improvement
●Willingness to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
●Lithuanian language skills (minimum A2 level required)
