Nature of work
- Ensure high-quality and timely performance of road installation, construction and repair works;
- Distribute and delegate tasks to subordinate employees, organize the work process, provide employees with the necessary work tools and personal protective equipment;
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with employee safety and health requirements at the workplace;
- Ensure safe traffic during the execution of works - organize the installation of road signs, fencing of the territory, conduct patrol inspections of maintained roads;
- Prepare and control work documentation (acts, certificates, work execution logs, reports on the delivery of completed works, material accounting, etc.);
- Perform other functions related to the duties of the work manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education; certification in the field of road engineering would be an advantage;
- Work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
- Management experience is an advantage;
- Ability to smoothly organize work, initiative, responsibility and good communication skills;
- Category B driver's license.
