The Financial Advisors team ensures high-quality client consultations and creates a good customer service experience for clients.
- We offer a fixed-term position for one year.
[b]Responsibilities:[/b]
- Provide assistance to financial advisors in processing initial client documents for the sale of loans and other bank/partner products and services
- Provide initial consultations to clients and help resolve issues they may have
- Form, manage and send credit files to the designated structural unit
- Proactively plan and timely implement personal tasks, based on the established quality standards and Luminor values
- Successfully, actively and responsibly cooperate in order to contribute to the results of the department and the organization
- Independently develop professional competencies and provide relevant insights and feedback in order to improve the results of the department and the organization
- Professionally and timely complete assigned tasks
- Comply with internal bank procedures and responsibilities
[b]Requirements: [/b]
- Required 1 year experience related to financial product sales, sales administration and/or customer service in the financial sector
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian, preferably also in English
- Quick and independent problem solving in non-standard situations, ability to adapt to changes
- Initiative, result-oriented
