We are looking for an Assistant who wants not only to perform tasks, but also to understand how a big business works from the inside.
IN DAILY ACTIVITIES:
- you will be the one who helps information become useful - you will administer, systematize and maintain documents: contracts, orders, proposals, price lists and other important information;
- you will work with data and Excel - you will help the team be operational and see situations more clearly;
- you will be the support of the team in daily processes - you will ensure that important work is carried out smoothly and on time;
- you will get to know the HoReCa business world from the inside - you will have the opportunity to work with significant clients, get to know partner management and see how long-term business relationships are built;
- your responsibilities will grow along with your competencies - you will replace managers, learn from real situations and gradually strengthen your understanding of the business;
- looking for answers – Your curiosity and desire to grow will be your biggest advantage here.
WE ARE MOST LIKELY TALKING ABOUT YOU IF:
- have an education that is an important starting point for your competencies, but your desire to learn and grow does not end with a diploma;
- are able to work with data, Excel and turn information into useful insights;
- communicate clearly, building trust and smooth collaboration;
- are proactive, result-oriented and solution-oriented;
- are diligent, but at the same time see the bigger picture;
- have a category B driver's license.
