- You are energetic, proactive and want to improve in the field of real estate development.
- You have analytical skills and good information management skills.
- You are results-oriented and able to react quickly and appropriately in various situations.
- You have a university or higher education (in the field of Civil Engineering - an advantage).
- You have at least 3 months of practice in the field of real estate or construction.

HERE YOU WILL LEARN:
- Ensuring successful project implementation in collaboration with architects, builders and other colleagues working on the project.
- Actively communicate with clients (coordination of tasks, informing about completed work).
- Understand, track and evaluate key project performance indicators, analyze project estimates and prepare reports for managers.
- Organize and control processes: search for new contractors and architects, discussion of conditions, negotiations, preparation of tender materials, presentation to the client and conclusion of contracts.
- Manage the budget: checking invoices before submitting them to accounting, monitoring the budget.
- Administer and archive construction documentation, coordinate the handover of objects, and sometimes participate in object inspections.
