Main responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and fill out forms on issues delegated by colleagues.
- Perform translations using special programs.
- Assist project teams with various tasks.
- Perform various PDF corrections, file splitting and merging.
- Assist colleagues with daily issues.
- If necessary, pick up or deliver shipments and orders with the company car.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office and minor office work.
- Take care of finding and purchasing the necessary tools.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Ability to work both in a team and individually.
- Good knowledge of English and the desire to apply it in practice.
- Diligence and responsibility when working with documents.
- Communicative, helpful and organized.
- Desire to learn, improve and grow with the team.
- Driver's license.
- Similar work experience would be considered an advantage.
