We are looking for someone who would contribute to the maintenance of 🏘️ apartment buildings and help our managers ensure the smooth organization of work. If you are responsible and value clarity and cooperation - we hope to meet you.
🔧 Your main tasks:
- Assist managers who administer and maintain apartment buildings;
- Frequently travel and visit facilities;
- Take care of posting announcements and important information on bulletin boards 🗂️;
- Distribute and collect ballots, conduct resident surveys 📝;
- Consolidate data, prepare reports, fill out documents 💻.
