We are currently recruiting for an Assistant in the Claims Recovery Group

Is this you?

• You are currently studying Law or have a short (up to 1 year) work experience
• You have excellent communication, planning and work organization skills
• You are eager to learn and improve
• You perform assigned tasks carefully and thoroughly
• You use a computer not only for social networks, you know how to work with MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Do you speak English?

• You will directly participate in the insurance claim recovery (subrogation and recourse) process: you will prepare claims for debtors, examine their requests and objections and prepare responses to them.
• You will help the company's lawyers prepare draft procedural documents: claims, applications for the issuance of a court order, civil claims in criminal cases and other documents.
• You will analyze case law and court decisions, prepare applications for the issuance of writs of execution and organize their transfer to bailiffs for execution.
• You will work together with experienced damage recovery and legal specialists who will help you quickly integrate into the team and understand the entire recovery process.
• You will acquire practical knowledge of insurance law, civil procedure and debt recovery, which you will be able to apply when solving real cases.
• You will have the opportunity to combine work and studies and gain practical legal work experience while still studying.
