In this position, you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of client assignments. You will work with administrative, organizational and communication issues, adhering to established processes and confidentiality requirements. This is a dynamic position where independence and reliability are important.
Employee requirements
For this position you will need:
Driver's license (if you have a car - an advantage)
Ability to independently perform daily customer tasks (reservations, inquiries, reminders)
Ability to coordinate simple household, organizational and administrative issues
Clear and professional communication with customers via email and phone
Ability to collect, systematize and update information according to customer needs
Responsibility for following up on tasks and meeting agreed deadlines
Understanding the importance of confidentiality and the ability to work with sensitive information according to established processes
