Your daily activities at work would be:
Prompt communication with customers via online chat, e-mail and other communication channels;
Consulting customers on all issues. If necessary, close cooperation with other teams to solve complex problems;
Proactively building relationships with customers in order to get to know them and meet their needs;
Interest in market news;
Ensuring a successful customer experience, sincere concern for customer success and growth.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education;
Successful customer service experience in building long-term relationships;
Experience working in a team and solving various customer issues;
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, working from home part of the time. (Schedule changes weekly: 6.00 – 15.00, 10.00 – 19.00, 12.00 – 21.00);
Very good computer literacy;
Basic knowledge of Linux / Windows systems and basic cloud services would be an advantage;
Good knowledge of English in writing and orally;
Initiative, desire to improve, ability to disciplinedly adhere to company and personal goals;
Ability to flexibly adapt to innovations.
Successful customer service experience in building long-term relationships;
