Our company specializes in personal care services. We are looking for responsible and enthusiastic personal care assistants who can support our clients' well-being and help them with their daily activities. Main responsibilities: provide personal care to the client, taking into account his/her individual needs and wishes/ assist the client in his/her daily activities, such as hygiene care, dressing, cooking, assistance with meals, ensuring that he/she drinks enough fluids, communication, organization of leisure activities, accompanying to doctors/ ensure that the client feels safe and comfortable in his/her home/ maintain good relations with the client and his/her family/ monitor the client's health and, if necessary, report any changes or urgent medical assistance, maintain the cleanliness of the client's home and buy food. We offer: Belgian employment contract/ free accommodation and meals/ travel to the family, plane tickets are usually purchased by our partners in Belgium, and from the airport you are either met by an agency representative, the family or a company driver is organized, who will not take you right to the family's door.
The Nursing Assistant must submit all documents and go through the recruitment process. After completing the application process, the nurse will be offered a specific patient, with whom an interview will be held. After a successful interview, an employment contract is prepared and employment is made.
Requirements for the employee: previous experience in the field of nursing is necessary / work for at least 30 days / knowledge of English / at least one recommendation from a nursing-related job would be an advantage / responsibility, patience, empathy and understanding / ability to work independently in solving situations.
