Main responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to the client, taking into account his/her individual needs and wishes.
- Assist the client in his/her daily activities: hygiene care, preparation of clothes, cooking, assistance with eating, care for fluid intake, communication, organization of leisure activities, accompaniment to doctors.
- Ensure that the client feels safe and comfortable in his/her home.
- Maintain good relations with the client and his/her family.
- Monitor the client's health status and, if necessary, inform about changes or urgent medical assistance.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient's home and carry out grocery shopping.

Employee requirements
- Previous experience in personal care would be a great advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Responsibility, patience and understanding.
- Ability to work independently and effectively solve situations.
- Experience in the nursing field (advantage, but not necessary).
- Responsibility, patience and empathy.
- Ability to communicate with people of all ages.
- Knowledge of German or English (advantage).
