👉 Executive Support:

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts proactively
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Handle confidential correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for communications
Prepare materials, presentations, and briefing notes ahead of meetings
Take minutes and follow up on action items from Board and management meetings
Manage expense reports and personal administrative tasks as needed

👉 Coordination & Confidentiality:

Act as the main point of contact between the General Director/Board and internal or external stakeholders
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate

♦ Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior management or Board level
♦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
♦ Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
♦ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
♦ Proficiency with office applications and calendar/travel management tools

♦ Monthly salary range of 1400–2000 EUR gross (depending on experience and competence)
