JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare, assess and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring their compliance with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the resolution of corporate law issues of the TMV Capital group of companies and daily legal assistance to the business.
  • Prepare, review and update internal legal acts and other internal documents.
  • Consult employees of the group of companies on corporate, commercial law and other daily legal issues.
  • Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for their management.
  • Contribute to ensuring the compliance of the group of companies' activities with legal requirements and improving corporate governance processes.
  • If necessary, participate in pre-trial and judicial proceedings together with the team or external partners.
  • Cooperate with managers in various areas, helping to find practical and legal solutions for the business.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher university legal education (Master of Laws or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 3-5 years of legal work experience in the field of company, corporate or commercial law.
  • Practical experience in preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents.
  • Ability to independently plan work, prioritize tasks and responsibly meet deadlines.
  • Excellent legal knowledge and the ability to apply it practically in a business environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
  • Diligence, attention to detail, initiative and solution-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn, deepen competencies and grow together with a professional legal team.
  • Experience working in a corporate group or a law firm serving businesses.
