Job purpose

To lead a team of reporting and data analysts, ensuring the preparation of high-quality, timely and business-valuable reports. This position is responsible for organizing the team's activities, developing analytical solutions, ensuring data quality, and working closely with the business and technology teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Clearly define the direction of the team’s work so that it is aligned with the goals of the entire company, and lead the team towards it
• Together with customers – Marketing, Sales, Finance and other teams – set work priorities and align expectations
• Help team members grow: set clear goals, maintain motivation and create conditions for improvement
• Oversee the entire reporting platform as a single product – manage its structure, get rid of redundant reports and maintain common standards for their creation
• Ensure the reliability of data in reports and look for ways to automate and standardize processes
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams

What do we expect?

• At least 5 years of experience in preparing reports and creating data models
• At least 2 years experience in leading a team
• Excellent SQL skills and good knowledge of Power BI (or other BI tools)
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL and other data processing processes
• Logical, analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers
• Ability to make informed decisions even when a compromise is needed
• Initiative and willingness to look for solutions on your own, rather than waiting for instructions
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English

Advantages

• Knowledge of Python or another programming language
• Knowledge of statistics, machine learning (ML) or data science
• Practical experience with AI: modeling, AI agent development, RAG, etc.
• Experience in implementing AI solutions in a company – especially if you were one of those who encouraged such initiatives
