Road construction, installation of bases for asphalting, paving works, planning, organization, coordination and technical supervision of road and lawn edging, installation of outdoor engineering networks and implementation of other welfare solutions, ensuring the quality of work and effective resource management.
Organize and carry out work in accordance with the approved and submitted design and estimate documentation and
work execution schedules;
Reading design drawings;
Ensuring the deadlines and quality of construction work;
Coordination of technical issues with customers or their representatives;
Preparation and management of technical documentation.

Comprehensive knowledge of construction work (advantage – roads/streets);
Problem-solving, teamwork, communication skills;
Driver's license category B.
Higher education in construction/engineering;
Computer skills
Qualification certificate (Construction manager of a special structure. Structures: residential,
non-residential buildings, engineering networks, roads, streets and other structures.);
Comprehensive knowledge of construction work (advantage – roads/streets);
Problem-solving, teamwork, communication skills;
Driver's license category B.
