Employee requirements
Higher non-university or higher education (in the field of construction, engineering);
At least 2 years of work experience as a construction manager;
Must have a construction manager qualification certificate;
Excellent knowledge of legal acts regulating construction activities and work safety instructions;
Ability to represent the interests of the company when communicating with suppliers and customers;
Knowledge of construction work technology, material properties and general construction processes;
Ability to manage subordinate employees, organize and control their work;
Computer literacy (MS Office package skills).
