Nature of work
"Food Bank" has successfully implemented an innovation in the distribution of support - it has opened 41 drop-off points in Lithuania. In them, people can receive support in a dignified and convenient way, choosing the products that suit them from the products available that day.
Currently, we are looking for a "host" of the drop-off point in Klaipėda who would take care of its smooth daily activities:
Work location: Svajonės st. 33C, Klaipėda
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm
Currently, we are looking for a "host" of the drop-off point in Klaipėda who would take care of its smooth daily activities:
- Distribution of activities to volunteers, training on how to correctly sort and distribute support, ensuring good volunteering experience;
- Tracking the balance of available products, ordering from the warehouse if necessary;
- Ensuring that the accounting of distributed products is correctly kept;
- Organizing and supervising the distribution of additional support;
- Assistance to beneficiaries of support to register, consulting them, actively inviting them to come and collect support;
- Implementation of various "Food Bank" projects related to additional assistance to people in need.
Work location: Svajonės st. 33C, Klaipėda
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm
You will do well in this job if you:
- You are able to independently plan and implement your activities, but at the same time you feel good working in a team;
- Experience in accounting is an advantage;
- Experience in trade is an advantage;
- You are fluent in computers (especially Excel);
- You communicate in Russian - it will be needed in everyday activities;
- You are able to organize your own and others' work;
- You are flexible and quickly orient yourself in unexpected situations;
- You like communicating with people;
