- Management of the process of compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of legal acts;
- Management of the process of non-compliances arising in the Company's activities;
- Initiation of legislative processes related to the Company's activities;
- Performance of inspections of how the requirements of legal acts are implemented in the Company (by means of documentary and factual inspection);
- Consult the Company's employees on issues of compliance of activities and other legal issues;
- Preparation of requests, claims, appeals and other letters and responses to letters, provision of legal conclusions and recommendations
- Representation of the Company's interests in various state and local government institutions and in relations with third parties;
- Implementation of the legality of the Company's activities, laws and other legal requirements.
We hope you
- You have a university degree in law;
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a legal and/or compliance management specialist;
- You know how to summarize information and prepare conclusions, present them clearly and accurately in writing and orally;
- You are able to independently plan and organize your work, make proposals and make decisions;
- You have experience in communicating with representatives of state institutions, you are professional, correct, and you work according to the highest standards of performance and ethics;
- You have excellent oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
