Nature of work
- Advise colleagues on compliance and personal data protection issues;
- Prepare, review and update internal policies, procedures and other internal documents;
- Assess new projects and processes from compliance and data protection aspects;
- Perform data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and other assessments related to compliance and data protection;
- Examine data subject requests, personal data security breaches and other compliance issues;
- Monitor changes in legislation and contribute to their implementation in the Company;
- Participate in training and strengthening the culture of compliance and data protection in the organization;
- Contribute to assisting the Head of Compliance and Data Protection on other compliance issues in the areas of insurance, corporate, labor, data protection, ESG and other legal areas.
Requirements:
- University degree (in law);
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of data protection and (or) compliance;
- Work experience in the insurance and financial sectors is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of English, analytical thinking, teamwork skills.
