Nature of work:
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the food safety system (BRCGS Packaging Materials) requirements in the company;
- Prepare, update and administer the food safety system documentation, procedures and instructions;
- Participate in internal, customer, certification and state institution audits and inspections, coordinate the implementation of corrective actions;
- Analyze the requirements of EU and other markets in the areas of food safety, packaging and labeling compliance;
- Monitor and assess changes in PPWR, recyclability, labeling and other packaging sustainability requirements;
- Collect, systematize and summarize information on changes in legislation, standards and market trends and provide proposals for their application in the company;
- Participate in assessing product risks (chemical, microbiological and physical) and compliance with legal requirements
- Prepare and conduct food safety and product sustainability training for company employees;
- Cooperate with customers, suppliers, consultants and other partners on compliance issues.
Working hours: 08:00-17:00.
Employee requirements:
We hope that you:
- Have a higher university education in food technology, food safety, process management or a similar field;
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in the fields of food safety, compliance or management systems.
- Are familiar with or want to deepen your knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP principles and food safety systems
- Are able to analyze legal acts, standard requirements and technical information;
- Are interested in packaging sustainability, recyclability, circular economy and PPWR topics;
- Are curious, proactive and like to search for answers and new solutions;
- Are able to systematize complex information and clearly present it to colleagues;
- Have a very good command of English;
- Are proficient in MS Office programs, knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage.
