Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Compliance Specialist to join the Artea group team,[/b] who is ready to work in a team, but can also work effectively individually, make decisions, achieve set goals, be attentive to details, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will perform detailed reviews of high-risk clients’ data (in the field of money laundering and terrorist financing (MLTF) prevention), including assessing the nature of the client’s activity, the origin of funds, and the logic of transactions.
• I participated in continuous monitoring of client transactions, identifying unusual or suspicious transactions.
• You will examine the results of international sanctions checks - possible overlaps, making informed decisions on their escalation or rejection.
• I participated in improving the processes, procedures and internal rules of PPTF and international sanctions control.
• You will perform compliance controls, summarize their results and provide conclusions and comments to other departments.
• I will participate in preparing reports on identified risks, trends and the results of conducted investigations and compliance controls.
• You will implement and supervise the personal account dealing control process.
• I will consult employees on compliance issues related to PPTF prevention, international sanctions and personal transactions.
• I will cooperate with other departments and, if necessary, with supervisory authorities, ensuring the smooth implementation of compliance requirements.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the fields of law, compliance, PPTF prevention or international sanctions implementation in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of PPTF prevention measures and international sanctions requirements and good practices in their application.
• Analytical, critical and systematic thinking, diligence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned areas.
• Clear and consistent adherence to a risk and compliance culture – the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.
• Good written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
