Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Compliance Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will act as a reliable partner to management, providing independent expert opinion on significant compliance issues.
- You will form and promote a data and technology-based approach to compliance risk management.
- You will influence decisions and changes in the organization without having a direct reporting relationship.
- When necessary, I collaborated with regulators, auditors and other external partners.
- I collaborated with business units, risk management, internal audit, legal, data protection and other functions to ensure effective compliance risk management.
- I participated in projects and change initiatives, ensuring that new processes, products and services meet regulatory requirements.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education in law, economics, finance, risk management or another related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit or regulatory areas in the financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the Lithuanian, EU and financial sectors.
- Ability to independently identify, assess and manage compliance risks and provide practical recommendations to the business.
- Experience in preparing conclusions, positions and presenting them to management, committees or supervisory authorities.
- Ability to influence decisions without having a direct reporting relationship.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Desire and ability to apply technological, automation and artificial intelligence solutions to improve compliance activities.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
