Nature of work
- organize the implementation and implementation of the compliance management process in the Company in accordance with the policy and methodology of the EPSO-G Group of Companies, assess compliance risks, conduct compliance audits and initiate the compilation of a list of applicable legal acts;
- coordinate and ensure the implementation of the requirements of legal acts regulating the prevention of corruption, personal data protection and market abuse prevention in the Company;
- participate in the formation of the EPSO-G Group of Companies' compliance, corruption prevention, personal data protection and other policies and prepare the Company's internal legal acts related to these areas;
- consult employees, organize and conduct training on compliance assurance, personal data protection and other related issues;
- manage lists of persons with inside information, persons holding managerial positions and persons closely associated with them;
- perform the functions of a contact person in maintaining relations with the State Data Protection Inspectorate on personal data protection issues;
- prepare reports to collegial bodies on compliance management issues.
Employee requirements
- higher university degree or equivalent in law or another social science field;
- work experience in law, compliance, risk management and/or similar fields;
- knowledge of legal acts regulating the areas of compliance, personal data protection, market abuse prevention and the ability to apply them in practice;
- organization, analytical thinking, good communication, information systematization, generalization and information flow management skills;
- good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- initiative, receptiveness to innovations, responsibility, orientation to the needs of external and internal customers, impeccable reputation;
- category B driver's license.
