Waste Management Logistician

We are looking for a responsible, technologically receptive and proactive logistician who will plan waste collection routes, monitor their implementation and contribute to the organization and improvement of logistics processes.

This position will suit someone who is able to promptly solve everyday situations, systematize information and consistently improve established processes.

Plan waste collection routes, monitor their implementation and promptly coordinate changes with drivers and the fleet manager.
Monitor transport movement in the Ruptela system, analyze deviations and initiate necessary solutions.
Administer route, object and other activity data in ASMLIS, GPAIS and other used systems.
Prepare drivers' tablets for work, administer logins, install and update programs and help resolve simple technical problems.
Introduce new drivers to routes, tablets and used systems.

Work coordination or practical experience in the field of waste management, utilities, transport or logistics.
Ability to set priorities, make decisions promptly and take responsibility for the result.
Ability to systematize information, introduce clear work procedures and improve established processes.
Independence, initiative, perseverance and constructive communication.
Technological sensitivity and ability to work with tablets, mobile apps and information systems.
Analytical thinking and ability to work accurately with operational data.
Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and Russian on work organization issues.
Category B driver's license.

Experience working with ASMLIS would be a great advantage. Knowledge of GPAIS, Ruptela or other waste accounting, route and transport management systems would also be an advantage.

2500-3150 €/mon. gross
The specific salary will depend on the candidate's experience and competencies.
