If you are interested in:
- Analyze salary data and ensure internal compensation fairness;
- Create and maintain position compensation ranges;
- Assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation in the market;
- Prepare analytical reports and provide insights to management;
- Consult managers on compensation issues and help make data-based decisions;
- Contribute to the development of compensation policies, bonuses and motivation systems;
- Model compensation scenarios and forecast trends;
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with applicable payroll accounting requirements.
If you:
- You have 2-5 years of experience as an analyst, HR analyst or in the field of finance;
- You have strong Excel and data analysis skills;
- You are able to work with data and transform it into clear, value-creating insights;
- You have good business understanding and consulting skills;
- You are familiar with the laws and regulations governing payroll accounting;
- You are responsible, accurate and adhere to the principles of confidentiality;
- You have experience with compensation research (Mercer, WTW, etc.) and BI tools (would be an advantage).
