SALARY PARTNER (1 YEAR FIXED CONTRACT)

We are currently looking for a new team member in our People Experience, Compensation and Benefits team. In this position, you will not only analyze salary market trends to ensure the company's competitive advantage and internal compensation fairness, but also improve existing and create new compensation systems. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring that the Group's companies implement a common compensation policy that is consistent with the business strategy and market trends;
• Providing assistance to managers on compensation-related issues;
• Analyzing the components of the entire compensation package and market practices;
• Ensuring that the Group complies with laws and other legal acts;
• Understanding the changing needs of the business and initiating changes to the compensation system accordingly;
• Planning and managing the budget necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the area.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
