We are currently looking for a new team member to join our People Experience, Compensation & Benefits team. In this position, you will develop the compensation and career architecture at the group level, coordinate job evaluation, advise managers and contribute to strategic compensation management initiatives, including compensation review processes and the implementation of the EU Transparent Remuneration Directive. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

Coordinate and develop projects related to the development of compensation and career architecture at the group level;
Organize and conduct evaluation of new and existing positions according to the Korn Ferry methodology;
Ensure the consistency of the job level structure and the uniform application of evaluation principles in the organization;
Advise managers on job evaluation, career paths and compensation issues;
Plan the implementation of initiatives and ensure timely communication with stakeholders;
Collaborate in implementing remuneration review processes, EU Remuneration Transparency Directive requirements and other remuneration management initiatives.

Important for this position:

At least 3 years of experience in the field of compensation management, knowledge of compensation management and job evaluation methodologies and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. Knowledge of Korn Ferry methodology would be an advantage;
Experience in the field of human resources and the ability to consult managers on compensation, job and career issues;
Strong partnership and customer orientation, ability to understand business needs, cooperate with various stakeholders and find effective solutions;
Systematic thinking, analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of decisions on the organization;
Clear communication and the ability to present complex information to different audiences in Lithuanian and English;
Independence, responsibility, result orientation;
Experience in project and change management and working in an international environment would be considered an advantage.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3,430 to 5,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
