Your responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and management of financial and non-financial remuneration systems and traditions of employees of the Group's companies.
- Providing insights for the improvement of remuneration systems.
- Preparation and coordination of annual DUF budgets.
- Analytics of planned and actual data of the wage fund, development of tools.
- Close cooperation with the HR managers of the Group's companies in consulting on issues related to remuneration management or personnel management.
- Active participation in the implementation and improvement of other processes related to remuneration management: performance evaluation, career planning, competence development, employee experience management, etc.
- Implementation of good remuneration and evaluation practices in the group of companies.
- Other tasks related to personnel management.
We hope that:
- You have a higher education in the field of personnel management, management or economics.
- You have experience in the field of personnel management and compensation management.
- You are characterized by strategic thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- You have good analytical skills, are able to interpret and present data.
- You are proficient in MS Excel.
- You are able to communicate fluently and convincingly.
- You know English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
- Experience in applying the Compensation Market Research methodology (Figure Baltic or Korn Ferry) would be considered an advantage.
