The People and Culture Department of Lithuanian Post invites a Remuneration Business Partner to join for a fixed-term employment contract:
Pending Responsibilities:
- You will form, improve and coordinate remuneration and fringe benefits systems, taking into account the needs of the organization and market trends, and ensure their competitiveness;
- You will analyze remuneration market trends, participate in remuneration research and provide recommendations on remuneration decisions;
- You will participate in the processes of improving salary planning and remuneration structure;
- You will coordinate the job evaluation process according to the Korn Ferry methodology and ensure the consistency of the position architecture;
- You will integrate the requirements of the European Union's Transparent Remuneration Directive into the organization's remuneration policy;
- You will consult managers on issues of remuneration, motivation and the application of remuneration decisions;
- You will prepare remuneration analyses, reports and insights that help make data-based decisions;
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of remuneration policy and procedures related to remuneration management.
We hope that:
- You have a higher university education in business management, economics or human resources management;
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in human resources management, and work experience in compensation management would be an advantage;
- You communicate well in Lithuanian and English;
- You have excellent analytical skills and data management knowledge;
- You are an independent, responsible, proactive and result-oriented person.
