Each of them can become a profit or a loss: it all depends on how much we buy it for, how much it will cost to fix it and how quickly we sell it. The direction is already working: we have a service, processes and buyers. Now we are looking for someone who will treat it like their own business.

Every month, hundreds of returned, purchased, partner or leased machines pass through our hands. Each of them can become a profit or a loss: it all depends on how much we buy it for, how much it will cost to fix it and how quickly we sell it. The direction is already working: we have a service, processes and buyers. Now we are looking for someone who will treat it like their own business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will look for cheaper places to buy devices (returns, buybacks, partners, manufacturers, rental fleet), and negotiate with suppliers across Europe.
- You will set prices, manage inventory, and choose the most profitable channel: your e-store, marketplaces, B2B customers, or partners.
- You will calculate the cost and duration of the renewal with the service team, find where the process is stuck, and implement changes that increase profitability.
- You will see the cost price, margin, turnover, and return rate for each device, model, and channel. You will make decisions based on the data and be responsible for them.
- You will expand refurbished sales and renewal services to other European countries with the sales and marketing teams.
YOU'LL LIKE IT HERE IF:
- You have a salesman's flair: you see a deal where others see an old machine, and you know how to negotiate.
- You don't wait for instructions: you find options yourself, try them out and tell us what works.
- You have technical experience (service, repair, aftersales, production), you understand service numbers and can speak to technicians in their language.
- Excel or Google Sheets is your everyday tool, and unit economics is not an abstract concept for you.
- You speak and write English fluently.
A BIG PLUS IF:
- You have led a technical, service or operations team.
- You have worked with refurbished, re-commerce, used goods sales or returns.
- You have experience with coffee machines, home appliances or electronics, you have sold in online marketplaces or foreign markets.
