We are looking for a colleague who sees the selection process more broadly than a CV and an interview. In this position, you will coordinate selections from need clarification to employment, cooperate with managers, company departments and external partners and search for the most suitable employees for different teams.

In this position, you will coordinate selections from need clarification to employment, cooperate with managers, company departments and external partners and search for the most suitable employees for different teams.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Full management of the selection process from A to Z: identifying needs, searching for candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers;
- Executing selections for different positions – both qualified and unqualified employees – by adapting the search strategy according to the candidate's profile;
- Coordinating the employee attraction process, in cooperation with departments, managers and external partners within the company;
- Consulting managers on candidate search, position requirements and selection decisions, and proposing new ideas for attracting employees;
- Analysis of candidate search channels and selection results, adjusting the search strategy if necessary;
- Assessment of candidates, determining their motivation and suitability for the position, and the ability to properly present the company, its value, and the offered position to the candidate.
- Cooperation with the marketing department in preparing and publicizing job advertisements and finding new ways to attract employees;
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel selection – required;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian – required, knowledge of Polish or other foreign languages – an advantage.
- Curiosity, flexibility and willingness to search for new and more effective solutions for attracting employees;
- Ability to independently manage the entire selection process from identifying needs to hiring an employee;
- Ability to assess candidates' competencies, motivation and suitability for a specific position;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when communicating with candidates, managers and partners;
- Initiative, proactivity, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Ability to plan your time, set priorities and manage several selections simultaneously;
- Higher or higher education (in psychology, human resources management or a similar field – an advantage);
- Experience working with migration agencies and the ability to administer documents related to employee migration is a great advantage.
