Recruitment specialist

We are a small but rapidly growing company working on international industrial projects. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who can independently organize the search and selection of employees.

What will you need to do?
Organize and conduct the search and selection of specialists in Lithuania and abroad.
Search and select welders, assemblers and pipe fitters.
Place job advertisements, actively search for candidates through various channels.
Conduct job interviews and assess candidate competencies.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process.
Cooperate with project managers and other colleagues to ensure rapid staffing.
What do we expect from you?
At least 2 years of selection experience.
Experience in conducting selections of production, construction and industrial specialists.
Ability to independently plan and organize your work.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English.
Result-oriented and proactive.
