Your future tasks:

Your future tasks:
- Search for new employees: you will search for and attract employees in various fields to construction and building maintenance facilities. You will be the first contact - you will actively call candidates and quickly respond to their inquiries.
- Organization of selections: you will coordinate and participate in job interviews, helping managers select the most suitable employees for the team.
- Document management: after the selection, you will prepare employment contracts and manage employment-related documents.
- Management of the recruitment process: you will ensure a smooth process - from the first call to the successful first day of work of a new colleague at the facility.
- Process improvement: you will contribute to making the selection process as fast and efficient as possible.
What do we expect from you
- Experience in recruitment or personnel will be considered a great advantage;
- Basic knowledge of English and Russian;
- Energy and positivity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
