1500 – 2000 EURper month (excluding taxes). The final salary will depend on the candidate’s competences, experience and abilities that meet the requirements of the position.

- You are interested in the field of personnel and want to start your career in the field of employee selection.
- You are positive, courageous and easy to communicate with.
- You have a responsible and creative approach to work and are meticulous.
- You have good time planning and work organization skills.
- You work well with a computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- You speak Lithuanian, English and Russian.
We will entrust you with:
- Managing the employee selection process (calling candidates, organizing job interviews).
- Working with the selection system and advertising portals (creating advertisements and processing candidate data).
- Cooperating with shopping center managers regarding the need for employees in different cities of Lithuania.
- Contribute to improving the employee selection process and developing and implementing new ideas.
