RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate employee selection projects from need clarification to candidate recruitment;
- Cooperate with managers and advise them on selection and candidate attraction issues;
- Coordinate the recruitment process (preparation of recruitment and termination documents, data entry into accounting systems);
- Implement personnel projects: employer image formation, turnover reduction, Kaizen administration;
- Prepare attractive content for social networks, intranet and other communication tools;
- Organize participation in career fairs, partnerships with universities and other talent attraction projects;
- Contribute to the creation of the company's organizational culture (organization of celebrations, initiatives).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in personnel selection, talent acquisition or employer brand;
- Are organized, independent and able to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Communicate well in Lithuanian and have good command of English;
- Able to create engaging textual and visual content;
- Are interested in labor market trends and modern methods of attracting candidates;
- Have strong communication, planning and analytical skills.
