What will your working day look like?
- Search and selection of employees – from preparing the advertisement to successful employment.
- Creating and publishing job advertisements – in various channels in order to attract the best talents.
- Consulting candidates, organizing and conducting job interviews.
- Managing the entire selection process – planning, communication and decision-making.
- Documentation management – preparation and administration of personnel documents (employment contracts, agreements, etc.).
- Strengthening the employer’s image – a proactive approach to improving the assessment of the company as an employer and participation in related projects.
- Development of selection strategy – identification and evaluation of new candidate search channels and service providers.
- Initiative in personnel activities – active contribution to optimizing HR processes and improving daily tasks.
- Ensuring adaptation of new employees – smooth integration of team members into the company’s culture.
- Administration of the company's social networks - content creation, audience engagement.
Success in this position will be ensured by:
- Experience in personnel selection, sales or customer service.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package).
- Ability to prepare and manage personnel documentation (employment contracts, agreements, etc.).
- Communicative, courageous, creative and excellent time management skills.
- Initiative and result-oriented: desire to improve personnel processes and contribute to strengthening the employer's image.
- Analytical thinking and ability to find new candidate attraction channels and effective solutions.
- Responsibility and ability to independently manage processes.
