WHAT TASKS ARE AWAITING:
We are looking for a Selection and Talent Acquisition Expert who will help attract talent, advise managers on selection issues and contribute to strengthening the Company as an attractive employer. In this position, you will coordinate selections, cooperation with the academic community and initiatives that help us reach future colleagues.
- conduct personnel selections of various specialists, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of all selection stages: position publication, CV review, active search, organization and conduct of interviews, providing feedback to candidates;
- consult and closely cooperate with hiring managers, helping them make the most appropriate decisions;
- prepare, publish and administer job advertisements, search for the most effective channels for attracting candidates;
- administer personnel selection data in internal systems;
- coordinate the adaptation process of selected employees;
- participate in developing and implementing initiatives and projects to attract employees and improve the employer's image;
- cooperate with universities, colleges, vocational schools and other academic communities and external partners;
- participate in career days, job fairs, meetings with school communities, pupils and students, representing the organization and presenting career opportunities;
- contribute to attracting young talents, interns and potential future employees;
- analyze the results of selections and adaptation and look for ways to make the selection and adaptation process even more effective;
- conduct internal training for department heads on personnel selections and adaptation topics;
- involve in team and organizational activities and contribute to other personnel initiatives.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COLLEAGUES WHO:
- you have a higher university education (an advantage - in the fields of human resources management, sociology, psychology or management);
- you have at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of personnel selection (an advantage: work experience with engineering-technical positions);
- you are distinguished by excellent organizational skills, initiative and discretion;
- you are able to independently plan your work and manage several tasks and projects at the same time;
- you know how to cooperate with managers of different levels and are ready to be their partner in the selection process;
- you are result-oriented, but at the same time you strive to create a professional and positive experience at each stage of the selection;
- you strive not only to select an employee, but also look for new ways to attract talents;
- you are not afraid of public speaking, events and communication with students, schoolchildren and the academic community;
- you are curious, want to learn and actively participate in the life of the organization;
- have a driver's license (category B).
