In this position you:
- You will communicate with candidates by phone and conduct initial interviews;
- You will present job offers and answer candidates' questions;
- You will find out candidates' experience, motivation and expectations;
- You will assess candidates' suitability for the offered positions;
- You will record information in the system and coordinate further selection stages;
- You will communicate in Lithuanian and Russian on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone to join the team and work mainly with Ukrainian candidates. Most of the working day you will make calls, present job offers, answer questions and help find a suitable employment opportunity in Lithuania.

- You are fluent in Lithuanian and Russian;
- You are sociable, energetic and easy to contact;

- Experience in customer service, sales or selection would be an advantage, but not necessary.
