Full-time
In this position you:
- you will spend most of your working time on active communication 📲 - this includes conversations with candidates, warm and cold calls, presentation of job offers and contact maintenance (by calls, e-mail and social networks);
- you will analyze candidates' resumes, assess their competencies and potential;
- you will arrange and coordinate visits to clients;
- you will organize and conduct live/remote job interviews;
- you will work with internal databases;
- you will cooperate with colleagues in order to effectively implement selections.
We hope you:
- you are result-oriented and are not intimidated by a large number of calls;
- you have similar work experience in the areas of personnel or sales - an advantage;
- you have excellent communication skills;
- you are persistent, proactive and know how to quickly adapt to changing situations;
- you know how to work both independently and in a team;
- you can speak English (Russian is an advantage).

- Monthly salary (gross) 1393 - 2102.40 Eur/month, including bonuses according to the motivational system;
