In this position you:
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email and social media;
- Make warm and cold calls;
- Evaluate CVs and help identify potential talents;
- Organize meetings and job interviews;
- Conduct live and online job interviews;
- Work with internal systems and databases.
If communication comes naturally to you and calls are not stressful – this position could be just for you!

- You feel comfortable communicating a lot and are not afraid of active communication;
- You are result-oriented and responsibly complete the work you have started;
- You have experience in the field of selection, customer service or sales (would be an advantage);
- You are proactive, communicative and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment;
- You speak English (Russian is a big advantage).

- Monthly salary (gross) 1393 - 2102.40 Eur/month, including bonuses according to the motivational system;
