In this position you:
- communicate with candidates by phone every day;
- conduct initial candidate selection interviews;
- assess candidates' motivation, experience and suitability for the offered positions;
- present job offers and answer candidates' questions;
- record information in the system;
- refer suitable candidates to other selection stages;
- maintain contact with candidates during the selection process.
If communication comes naturally to you and calls do not cause stress - this position may be just for you!
