In this position you:
- communicate with candidates by phone and conduct initial selection interviews;
- assess candidates' motivation, experience and suitability for the offered positions;
- present job offers and answer candidates' questions;
- record information in the system and coordinate further selection stages.

You will start each working day by communicating with foreign candidates in Russian, including Ukrainian citizens. Your task will be to help the candidate understand the job offer, answer their questions and smoothly accompany them throughout the selection process. Later, you will devote most of the day to selections with Lithuanian-speaking candidates.

- you are fluent in Lithuanian and Russian; Ukrainian would be an advantage;
